3. Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete instructions, late responses, or technical issues beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate product images, references, or branding assets as required.

  • You represent that you own or have permission to use any materials you submit.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of final deliverables transfers only after full payment.

  • Clients receive a royalty-free, non-exclusive license for commercial use of final images.

  • We may display work in our portfolio unless a written NDA is in place.

6. Revisions

  • Packages include a set number of revisions as advertised.

  • Additional revisions are subject to extra fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific sales, engagement, or outcomes.
